What you'll do

As the Client Services Lead you will be responsible for motivating and supporting your team to deliver a personal, professional, and proactive service at all times. You will be the first point of contact for our key accounts and suppliers, ensuring we maintain excellent relationships. As a key representative for Wessex Searches you will have the exciting opportunity to attend supplier and industry networking events. 

A priority of this role is to stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the customer journey. You will monitor ordering trends and look for opportunities to increase sales and onboard new customers. Capturing feedback and overseeing all complaint handling will allow you to ensure we understand our customers changing needs. 

You will take on managing our customer communication strategy, including updating our website and social media pages to educate customers and others in the industry whilst marketing our product offering. 

The role will require travel so you must be able to drive, and you will benefit from hybrid working, please note this position is 32 hours a week. 

What you'll need

This is a varied and rewarding position, ideal for someone with leadership experience who wants to contribute to the growth of Wessex Searches. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines. You'll need to be organised, confident in influencing and negotiating, and capable of motivating others to work accurately and efficiently. 

A keen eye for detail and a passion for improving processes will help you succeed. Experience managing supplier and customer relationships, as well as attending networking events, will be valuable. Were also looking for someone comfortable with marketing, business development and creating social media content. Knowledge of the property market and conveyancing searches would be an advantage, but not essential.
