Our Culture, Inclusion and Diversity working group is made up of volunteers from across our businesses, and they work together to drive forward initiatives that benefit everyone.

Our networking groups help create a real sense of belonging by connecting people in similar circumstances so that they can support one and other.

Our leaders are provided with training to improve their awareness of different types of diversity which helps us develop a more inclusive culture.

Our people are encouraged to bring their whole selves to work to help create a healthy work environment that is free from judgement.
