Working in our Retail Service Desk team, you will provide high-quality customer support within a close-knit administrative team, handling enquiries across multiple channels while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
You will oversee the accurate processing and reconciliation of high-volume data, working closely with billing, account management, customers, and wholesalers to ensure timely and correct submissions.
As part of your responsibilities, you will maintain CRM records, meet service level targets, and support regulatory and market code compliance across all processes.
We welcome applications from candidates seeking between 24 and 37 hours per week. Your salary will be adjusted pro rata based on your hours.
This role is Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am and 5pm. We are open to discussion on what works best for you.
The role is expected to start at the beginning of June 2026.
What you'll be doing
- Working within a small, friendly team of administrators providing exceptional customer service and data reconciliation.
- Managing internal and external customer and stakeholder enquiries via email, telephone and web portal.
- Processing large data submissions to the central database, including identifying and correcting errors.
- Collaborating with Billing and Account Management teams, liaising with customers and wholesalers to ensure meter readings are submitted correctly and on time to facilitate accurate bills.
- Working on the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure adherence to appropriate service levels.
- Supporting numerous activities to ensure compliance with market codes and regulations for all our processes.

- You will need to be highly organised and able to prioritise your own workload.
- You will be able to ensure accuracy and achieve quality targets.
- You can work independently, but also be flexible to support your team when there is a business need.
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm to learn and the confidence to make decisions and solve problems.
- Strong IT Literacy skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
