  • Data handling: support the organisation and transfer of field image data, point clouds, and 3D mesh scans.
  • Reporting and analytics: run usage reports, gather statistics, and support dashboard creation (Power BI experience beneficial).

Collaboration and continuous improvement

  • Vendor and IT coordination: support software testing, upgrades, and implementation of new tools or plug‑ins.
  • Process improvement: contribute to procedural documents, best‑practice guidance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Digital Delivery Strategy support: help promote and embed the organisation's digital delivery strategy across the business.

What you'll need

  • Experience using Forma.
  • Familiarity with Autodesk engineering tools (e.g. Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks).
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to support users at all levels.
  • A proactive, detail‑oriented approach with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Knowledge of ISO 19650 (advantageous but not essential).
