We believe the best moments are shared by the people on the stage, behind the scenes and in the crowd.
As part of this ambitious and high-profile project, we are looking for an energetic and dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to help put Bristol on the global stage and shape the digital experience for fans, partners and the wider community.
What you'll do
Joining a growing marketing team, with the support of the YTL Group marketing, communications and digital departments, you'll execute and have creative input into the digital marketing activity for YTL Live, and the YTL Live Entertainment District, including the upcoming Aviva Arena.
Reporting into the Head of Brand and Communications, within the Partnerships Team, you will work cross-functionally with marketing, communications, operations, event programming, and technology teams to deliver best-in-class digital experiences and campaigns.
Other duties include:

- developing and managing tactical digital campaign plans with the Head of Brand and Communications for major announcements, premium hospitality sales, and always‑on activity (social, paid social, display, PPC, retargeting)
- delivering against clear KPIs and reporting frameworks across paid, owned, and earned channels
- oversee daily community management, ensuring timely and effective responses to customer queries and comments
- partner with data, digital, and technology teams to enhance CRM journeys and personalise communications across email
- managing website updates and improvements with the YTL Group digital team across Aviva Arena and YTL Live sites
- using analytics with the Data Analyst to monitor behaviour and sentiment, identify improvements, and enhance UX/UI across all channels
- collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to produce impactful creative assets, video content, and brand‑aligned storytelling
- working with YTL Construction, YTL Developments, and YTL Group teams to coordinate and share content across the wider development.
What you'll need
- Proven experience in a digital marketing role, ideally within entertainment, live events, sport, hospitality, leisure, culture, or similar consumer-led sectors.
- Knowledge of digital strategy, paid media, analytics, and content marketing.
- Hands‑on experience with major platforms: Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, email/CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Ability to brief, manage, and collaborate with creative and media agencies.
- Excellent communication skills and a flair for compelling digital storytelling.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
- A passion for live entertainment and creating unforgettable digital fan experiences.
What you'll receive
- A combined pension contribution of up to 20%.
- Career progression and professional development opportunities.
- 25 days' holiday rising to 28 with length of service.
- The opportunity to sell up to five days of holiday every year.
- The opportunity to buy up to ten days of holiday each year (subject to conditions).
- A healthcare package that allows you to claim back healthcare costs.
- Life assurance of up to eight times your salary.
- The opportunity to lease a new electric car through salary sacrifice (subject to conditions).
- Cashback and discounts from more than 3,000 retailers.
- One paid volunteering day each year.
