At YTL UK, we're building an environment where everyone can perform at their best and feel they belong. This role plays a key part in making that real.

You'll design and deliver initiatives that strengthen inclusion, wellbeing, and engagement across the full employee lifecycle. You won't just run programmes — you'll help embed a culture where people feel supported, valued, and able to thrive.

What you'll do

You'll work across the organisation to translate strategy into tangible outcomes that improve employee experience and organisational performance.

  • Lead the delivery of key initiatives that strengthen inclusion, belonging, and colleague wellbeing across the business.
  • Turn insight into priorities by analysing people data, identifying trends, and shaping interventions that improve engagement and performance.
  • Ensure our policies and practices are inclusive, up to date, and aligned with best practice and legal requirements.
  • Support leaders and teams with the tools, guidance, and confidence to create inclusive, high-performing environments.
  • Facilitate listening approaches that ensure colleague perspectives are heard and acted on.
  • Work with Employee Resource Groups and networks to build connection, increase participation, and strengthen our “Everyone Belongs” culture.
  • Collaborate with HR, Internal Comms, H&S and business leaders to embed consistent, high-quality employee experiences.

What you'll need

  • Ideally, lived experience of navigating and overcoming barriers related to equity, diversity and inclusion.
  • Experience in employee experience, DEI, wellbeing, or a strong HR generalist background.
  • Strong analytical capability, using data to inform decisions and shape priorities.
  • Ability to influence and work across a complex organisation.
  • Confidence to challenge constructively and drive change.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to land messages clearly and inclusively.

What you'll receive

  • A combined pension contribution of up to 20%.
  • Career progression and professional development opportunities.
  • 25 days' holiday rising to 28 with length of service.
  • The opportunity to buy up to 10 days' holiday and sell up to five every year.
  • A healthcare package that allows you to claim back healthcare costs.
  • Life assurance of up to eight times your salary.
  • A new electric car in exchange for part of your gross salary.
  • Cashback and discounts from more than 3,000 retailers.
  • One paid volunteering day each year.
  • Enhanced family leave and pay arrangements.
  • An interactive health and wellbeing platform.
  • Support from mental health first aiders.
  • A £1,000 referral fee if you recommend someone to work for us.
