What you'll do

As an External Liaison Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting both our customers and our field-based representatives in applying for help with their Water/Sewerage bills, managing account updates, arranging appointments, investigating property occupancy, and coordinating representative visits. You'll also be responsible for all account administration prior to and following our representatives' visits.

We're looking for a supportive and customer-focused Administrator to join our External Liaison team.  Are you passionate about helping people, solving problems, and making a real difference to customers who may be facing financial challenges? This could be the perfect role for you!

Working Hours: You'll be working full-time (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 16:00.

What you'll need

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyse information and make informed decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good IT skills and experience using multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Confidence working both independently and as part of a team.
