Are you an experienced Formwork Carpenter looking for a new challenge? Do you want to work in a friendly and motivated construction team? If so, we have an opportunity to join our Civil Engineering site team.

What you'll do

You'll have a background in formwork and reinforced concrete with a willingness to assist in other civils-related works, such as general groundwork, pipework, drainage and excavations when required.

You will also have an involvement in protecting the environment, ensuring health and safety is adhered to and delivering high-quality outcomes.

You will have a positive attitude to training, work safely, and consistently do things the right way. If you're someone who values integrity, responsibility, and continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a full time, permanent position, with excellent prospects for further development and progression.

What you'll need

We're looking for individuals who bring skills, reliability, and a strong safety mindset to every job. 

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • proven experience in formwork and general construction work, with a solid understanding of site operations
  • flexibility to work across various construction sites within our region, adapting to different teams and environments
  • a full UK driving licence, enabling travel between sites as required
  • a positive attitude towards health and safety, training and doing things the right way every time
  • ability to work effectively as part of a team, with good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • a basic understanding of construction site safety protocols and procedures, including PPE and manual handling
  • a willingness to learn and develop, with an openness to ongoing training and upskilling opportunities.
