- Be able to take responsibility for tasks and projects you've been assigned.
- Be able to manage your own time and adapt to change.
- Be driven to succeed, aspire to excellence and challenge the status quo.
- A full UK driving licence as the role is regionally based and will involve travelling to our sites.
- Customer-focused and an excellent communicator at all levels of the organisation, so you can develop close working relationships with peers across the business.
- Possess keen business and commercial awareness and the ability to effectively manage your workload to operate independently with minimal supervision.
What you'll receive
- A combined pension contribution of up to 20%.
- Career progression and professional development opportunities.
- 25 days' holiday rising to 28 with length of service.
