Are you someone who thrives on organisation, anticipates needs before they arise, and enjoys helping senior leaders operate at their best? We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant who can build strong relationships, and keep everything running smoothly.
What you'll do
As Personal Assistant to the Director of Projects, you will play a key role in enabling the successful delivery of strategic business objectives. Acting as a trusted partner, you'll provide proactive and comprehensive administrative support, manage a busy inbox and diary, coordinate meetings, and ensure priorities, deadlines, and commitments are effectively managed.
You'll be the first point of contact for a wide range of stakeholders across the business, building strong relationships and facilitating effective communication. Your day to day will vary from preparing meeting materials and managing correspondence to coordinating activities and ensuring seamless day-to-day administration.
What you'll need
We're looking for someone who is:
- An experienced Administrator or Personal Assistant with a proven ability to manage busy schedules, competing priorities, and changing demands
- Confident building relationships with senior leaders, colleagues, and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and discretion at all times
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to anticipate needs, identify opportunities, and take initiative
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and strong written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Passionate about continuous improvement, always looking for ways to enhance efficiency and streamline processes
- Flexible and able to travel regularly as required, with a full driving licence and access to a vehicle
