This is a rare opportunity to take on a senior position at the forefront of a prestigious programme, shaping outcomes from concept through to completion.
At YTL Construction UK, we are committed to ‘'Building the Right Thing”, embedding quality, collaboration and continuous improvement across our projects. You'll play a key role in shaping project culture, driving performance and contributing to the ongoing success of the wider Brabazon development.

In addition, you will establish and drive the project delivery approach, including shaping the team structure and on-site culture, while collaborating with design, commercial and construction teams to ensure buildability, cost efficiency and programme alignment.
You'll also be responsible for developing and managing integrated programmes, logistics plans, and project controls, alongside leading, coaching and developing a high-performing multidisciplinary construction team.
Other duties include:
- supporting recruitment and team development in partnership with the Divisional Director
- overseeing daily site activities, ensuring delivery aligned to programme, budget, and quality expectations
- building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, engaging at a senior level
- ensuring robust Health & Safety practices and leading a positive safety culture on site
- implementing and monitoring quality assurance processes and standards
- identifying, managing and mitigating risks to avoid delays, disputes, or reputational impact
- working closely with the Design Manager to resolve technical and construction challenges efficiently
- monitoring project progress and providing clear reporting, escalating risks and key decisions when required
- supporting commercial objectives to achieve best value outcomes across the project
- engage key stakeholders, including the arena operator (YTL Live) and partners such as Aviva
- contributing to the wider business performance, continuous improvement and strategic objectives.
What you'll need
- Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex construction projects (typically £100m+ value).
- Strong technical understanding of construction, design processes, standards and legislation.
- A demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, including senior staff.
- Experience working across the full project lifecycle from pre-construction to handover.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, project controls, and planning tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior and director levels.
- Experience managing complex, M&E-heavy or technically challenging projects is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present, report and engage across a range of audiences.
- Ability to manage priorities, make decisions, and operate with a high level of autonomy.
- A collaborative leadership style, with a focus on openness, accountability and team development.
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving project environment.
- A commitment to continuous improvement, safety, and delivering high-quality outcomes.
What you'll receive
- A combined pension contribution of up to 20%.
- 25 days' holiday rising to 28 with length of service.
- A car allowance.
