Transformation is one thing.

We are doing it across water, construction, a major new arena and one of the UK's most exciting new developments. Now, that's something else!

At YTL UK, we provide services and infrastructure that are part of everyday life, from water and wastewater services to creating places, homes and experiences where communities can thrive.

Think Brabazon, the Aviva Arena, water, the environment, construction, and infrastructure.

Different businesses, different challenges and one seriously exciting transformation opportunity.

As our Transformation Manager, you'll help deliver Empower, our Group-wide transformation programme. You'll work across our businesses to tackle complex challenges, simplify how we work, introduce better ways of doing things and turn ambitious ideas into measurable results.

This isn't transformation from the sidelines. You'll be right in the middle of it.

What You'll Do

  • Shape and lead complex transformation from initial business challenge through to co-designing and delivering the solution with the business.
  • Turn strategic priorities and complex problems into clear, practical plans that deliver measurable value.
  • Build strong relationships across our businesses, challenge thinking, and bring people with you.
  • Lead and coordinate teams, SMEs and delivery partners.
  • Bring structure and momentum to transformation, managing priorities, risks and dependencies at pace.
  • Ensure change sticks by embedding new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
  • Get out into the business, using insight from our sites, teams and leaders to shape transformation around what people really need.
  • Track and prove the outcomes that transformation delivers.

What You'll Need

  • Strong experience shaping and leading transformational change programmes, including technology-led and operating model-driven.
  • A passion for change and innovation.
  • Experience operating in a group or matrix organisation, balancing competing needs and trade-offs.
  • The ability to bring clarity and structure to complex and ambiguous challenges.
  • Experience developing business cases, transformation roadmaps and practical delivery plans.
  • Strong programme delivery and benefits realisation experience.
  • Experience assessing and designing interventions to manage the impact of change.
  • The confidence to influence senior stakeholders, constructively challenge and bring people together.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, from workshops to executive-level presentations.
  • A curious, commercially minded and outcome-focused approach.
  • The ability to think strategically while still rolling your sleeves up and making things happen.

If you're looking for transformation with real variety, visible impact and the opportunity to work across some seriously exciting businesses and projects, this could be your next move.

Why join us?

This is an opportunity to shape and deliver transformation across a diverse group of businesses that impact millions of people every day.
