Do you have excellent decision making, reporting and communication skills? If so, our North Water Recycling team is looking for a Water Recycling Operator to cover the Chippenham area.

What you'll do

Based in Chippenham area , your role will involve:

• the operation and maintenance of conventional sewage treatment plants and pumping stations to meet quality standards
• running advanced wastewater treatment and sludge process plants
• ensuring compliance with company policy, processes, and procedures
• ensure the health, safety, and welfare of all colleagues, the public and yourself at all times
• working outside of normal working hours, including evenings and weekends.

What you'll need

Electrical or mechanical experience would be desirable. Confined spaces training will be provided.

You will also need:

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English, maths, and a technical subject
• to be happy working outside in all condition
• a valid driving licence, ideally with category BE
• to be flexible in your approach to work.
