Placements and internships

If you’re currently at university and looking for experience in a property development or construction company, one of our placements or internships could be perfect for you.

We offer a wide range of university placements and internships to support undergraduate students, including:

  • summer placements
  • post-graduate internships
  • a full year in industry
  • a ‘sandwich’ period as part of your degree.

The length of these opportunities will vary. They can last from one week up to twelve months. Short-term internships are generally unpaid, while university placements typically offer a competitive salary and qualifying benefits.

Regardless of which route is right for you, you will be instrumental in our projects and can expect to take charge of important projects under the supervision of your mentor.

Who should apply?

To apply for a university placement or internship, you will need to demonstrate that you are:

  • interested in property development, house building or construction
  • studying for, or have recently completed a degree in, a relevant subject
  • flexible, creative and eager to contribute to our work
  • dedicated and determined, with a desire and drive to learn
  • achieving good academic grades or have other relevant experience.

What are the benefits?

You will join an award-winning team and can expect to be thrown in at the deep end, working closely with senior managers on major business projects. But you'll be supported at every step of the way.

We will provide you with a dedicated mentor who will offer practical support and industry-specific guidance to ensure that your placement with us is rewarding and productive.

In certain circumstances, a placement could lead to an offer of employment alongside your studies or after graduation.
