What placements do we offer?

The type of industrial placements we offer varies each year, but they always fall under the following areas:

  • mechanical
  • electrical
  • science
  • environment.

What do you need?

To apply for an industrial placement with us, you will need to:

  • be studying a subject that connects with one of our core industries
  • have a flexible and innovative approach
  • be dedicated and determined with the desire to learn
  • have strong academic results or relevant experience.

Depending on your placement programme and the commitment and competence you demonstrate during the year, there may be a future for you at YTL UK.

Following successful placements, we have offered students:

  • part-time paid work during their final year of university
  • a degree apprenticeship
  • full-time employment
  • chartership support and guidance.
