We are recruiting for a proactive Business Coordinator to join the team!

YTL Live is the operating company behind some of the UK's most exciting entertainment venues, including the iconic Aviva Arena, the historic Spitfire Hangar, and the supersonic YTL Live Entertainment District at Brabazon.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience working at senior leadership level within a fast-paced entertainment business. The role will primarily support the Executive Assistant to the CEO, while also assisting the Partnerships Director and Partnerships team with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks.

The successful candidate will possess core business administration skills, gain exposure to high-level operations, and build a strong foundation for a future career in business, events or partnerships.

What you'll do

  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant to the CEO.
  • Assist with diary management, meeting coordination and preparation.
  • Prepare agendas, taking meeting notes and following up on actions.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Support the Partnerships Director and team with day to day administration.
  • Organise meetings, calls and presentations.
  • Maintain partnership records, databases and contact lists.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, reports and partnership materials.
  • Manage emails, documents and filing systems (digital and physical).
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expenses.
  • Support internal communications and coordination across teams.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to the wider YTL Live team.
  • Manage the day to day running of the office.

There will be an occasional requirement to travel to other sites and locations.

What you'll need

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. 
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication. 
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office applications. 
  • Positive, proactive approach with a willingness to learn. 
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. 
  • Professional, reliable and trustworthy, with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
