We are looking into new ways to analyse customer feedback and develop models for key job points to enable our operational teams to always make decisions in the best interest of our customers.

We are looking to build on our success as a leading customer service provider in the water industry and aim to be a leading customer service provider across all industries.

What you'll do

  • Analyse customer feedback in different forms to identify the root cause of issues, gain insight into customer sentiment and pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Aim to utilise language models to ultimately develop a tool to automate this activity for continuous improvement purposes.
  • Develop predictive models to understand the impact of various job points on customer satisfaction

What you'll need

  • Knowledge and experience of analytics, statistics and modelling.
  • Knowledge of machine learning, AI and language models.
  • The ability to learn new technologies.
  • The ability to present complex results in a simplified manner.
  • Experience in customer service (beneficial).
