Join YTL Developments as a Digital Marketing Executive and help deliver campaigns, websites, email marketing and customer communications for Brabazon, one of the UK's most exciting regeneration projects.
Brabazon is transforming the former Filton Airfield into a new neighbourhood for Bristol, with more than 6,500 new homes, creative workplaces, a vibrant town centre, community facilities, and landscaped public squares and parks.
What you'll do
You'll play a key role in helping different audiences discover, understand and engage with Brabazon, from homebuyers, residents and students to businesses, partners and the wider community.
Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and marketing team, you'll support the planning, delivery, optimisation and reporting of digital activity across websites, CRM, email, organic search, paid media and campaign communications.
You'll work with colleagues across sales, customer care and placemaking, as well as external agencies and suppliers, helping to deliver activity that supports the growth and success of Brabazon and YTL Developments.
This role offers exposure to a broad range of projects across residential, commercial, student and destination marketing, providing an excellent opportunity to broaden your experience, build confidence across the full marketing mix and develop towards a more senior marketing role.
Key responsibilities will include:
- managing and optimising website content and landing pages using Umbraco CMS, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, accessible and aligned to user journeys and conversion goals
- supporting search visibility through content optimisation, SEO best practice and performance reporting
- monitoring website and campaign performance, using insights to identify opportunities to improve engagement, lead generation and conversion
- planning, building, testing and reporting on email and CRM activity, including newsletters, customer communications, audience segmentation and lifecycle journeys
- supporting digital campaigns and working with agencies to coordinate delivery, monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- supporting delivery of the website development roadmap by gathering requirements, coordinating feedback, testing functionality and helping implement enhancements
- producing clear performance updates and recommendations, while supporting wider marketing activity including events, presentations, partnerships, award entries and project administration.
What you'll need
- A degree-level qualification, CIM qualification and/or at least two years' relevant digital marketing experience.
- Experience managing website content through a CMS; knowledge of Umbraco would be advantageous.
- Experience planning, delivering and reporting on email marketing campaigns; knowledge of HubSpot and Stripo would be beneficial.
- Experience working with CRM platforms, audience segmentation and database management.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, content optimisation and conversion-focused user journeys.
- An understanding of how marketing channels support customer journeys and business objectives.
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to create engaging content for different audiences and channels.
- The ability to analyse performance data and identify practical opportunities for improvement.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Confidence communicating with colleagues, agencies, customers, residents and other stakeholders.
- A positive approach, strong attention to detail and a willingness to take ownership.
- An understanding of digital advertising, campaign tracking and performance measurement would also be advantageous.
What you'll receive
- A combined pension contribution of up to 20%.
- Career progression and professional development opportunities.
- 25 days' holiday rising to 28 with length of service.
- The opportunity to sell up to five days of holiday every year.
- The opportunity to buy up to ten days of holiday each year (subject to conditions).
- A healthcare package that allows you to claim back healthcare costs.
- Life assurance of up to eight times your salary.
- The opportunity to lease a new electric car through salary sacrifice (subject to conditions).
- Cashback and discounts from more than 3,000 retailers.
- One paid volunteering day each year.
