Who we are

YTL Construction UK is a new company that will be part of the international YTL Group. The Group, which is based in Malaysia, has a very large building and construction arm within Asia, including housing, roads, rail, commercial buildings, hotels, performing arts venues and cement manufacture.

YTL has been active in the UK for over 20 years with ownership of Wessex Water, waste to energy, retail and commercial projects and a number of hotels.

YTL Construction will be responsible for the construction of a new entertainment complex at the iconic Brabazon hangars, north of Bristol, including exhibition and conferencing space. The site is also the location for the Brabazon new town with hotels, schools, commercial developments and planning permission for 6,500 housing units. Over time, the new company will also develop wider construction projects, particularly focused on key infrastructure.

With the rapid development of the Brabazon Estate at Filton Bristol, this is an excellent opportunity to join what will, in a few years, become one of the major companies in the UK construction industry.
