Create clear links between business change activities and measurable benefits, helping teams track value and outcomes.
-
Facilitate workshops and work with stakeholders to understand challenges, gather requirements and design practical solutions.
-
Apply continuous improvement methodologies to improve efficiency, reduce variation and enhance performance.
-
Promote a data-driven approach to process analysis and decision making across the wider business.
-
Support the development of value stream and customer-focused ways of working.

-
Experience engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders.
-
Ability to facilitate workshops, challenge existing ways of working and drive continuous improvement.
-
