- help manage the team's workload in line with agreed service levels and contribute to quarterly reporting
- process monthly contribution payments on time and in line with statutory requirements
- support the production of annual statements, pension increases, scheme accounts and member communications
- take part in member meetings, occasional site visits and onboarding sessions with new colleagues
- maintain strong audit controls and ensure all processes meet internal and external standards.
What you'll need
We are looking for:
- experience in pension administration with a good understanding of legislation
- warm, confident communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships
- the ability to interpret complex information and explain it simply and clearly
- strong organisational skills, good judgement and the ability to balance multiple deadlines
- high numeracy, accuracy and solid IT skills (experience with Profund is a bonus)
- a proactive, accountable approach and the confidence to take ownership of your work
- a collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues in a small, friendly team.
What you'll receive
- A combined pension contribution of up to 20%.

- A healthcare package that allows you to claim back healthcare costs.
- Life assurance of up to eight times your salary.
- The opportunity to lease a new electric car through salary sacrifice (subject to conditions).
- Cashback and discounts from more than 3,000 retailers.
- One paid volunteering day each year.
