What you'll do 

Due to an increasing volume and complexity of work across the Wessex Water region, we are recruiting a new civils team and are seeking a highly motivated Operative to support the delivery of our planned and reactive projects. You'll work directly on site as part of a close‑knit unit, playing a key role in delivering work safely and to high-quality standards, on time and within the specified budget.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, teamwork, and learning new skills. Experience not essential as you'll be supported by experienced leadership, with full training provided, and clear opportunities to develop, gain new competencies, and progress within the team. As the unit grows, so do the opportunities for personal and career development.

What you'll be doing

• Horizontal Directional Drilling
• Auger Boring
• Pipe Bursting
