Technical Administrator

What you'll do

We are looking for a motivated, meticulous, diligent and organised person to join the Asset Reliability team as a part-time (two days a week) Technical Administrator, assisting the team with administrative activities associated with our asset monitoring systems.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• maintaining accurate data within our Event Duration Monitoring (EDM) system
• weekly checks of alarms and equipment performance
• requesting reactive maintenance when equipment is not performing correctly
• reviewing job feedback
• updating the asset register and corporate databases
• liaison with the Asset Reliability team and/or managers
• providing monthly reports and updates, including an annual performance review of EDM equipment, eg, communication/data uptime and excessive alarms
• being a point of contact for EDM queries.
