What you'll do  

  • Work within our team of Technical Administrators to deliver system administration activities and keep critical business services running smoothly.
  • Resolve IT incidents and service requests through Hornbill.
  • Provide guidance and support to deliver an exceptional service to our internal customers.
  • Work closely and collaborate with our systems and applications specialists.
  • Support peer-to-peer coaching with the team to research, troubleshoot and offer solutions.
  • Manage task resources to ensure delivery of business changes.
  • Act as the escalation point during incidents and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Maintain our service level agreements and key performance indicators.
  • Take responsibility for accurately overseeing and owning daily system tasks.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the department, with a focus on enhancing the customer experience 

What you'll need
