- coordinating utility enquiries and designs, ensuring alignment with civil works and build programmes, and managing quotes, appointments and on-site delivery
- monitoring costs, capacity and compliance for utility provision and assisting with sign-off and securing rebates or asset values
- collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver infrastructure projects on time and within budget, while contributing to energy strategy and sustainability initiatives
- promoting best practices in health and safety and quality standards, and facilitating effective communication across Infrastructure, M&E and operational teams.
What you'll need
You'll have exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, as well as a strong ability to work in a team environment, while being efficient in managing your own workload independently.
You'll also need:
- experience assisting with utility delivery on new projects (residential and commercial)
- an ONC/HNC qualification or equivalent in a relevant field
- a valid CSCS card
- a basic knowledge of utility design and compliance issues (with a willingness to learn more)
- strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records of DNO/IDNO activities
- problem-solving and analytical skills for utility appointments and connections
- a collaborative mindset and ability to work across multiple teams.
What you'll receive
- A combined pension contribution of up to 20%.
- Career progression and professional development opportunities.
- 25 days' holiday rising to 28 with length of service.
- The opportunity to sell up to five days of holiday every year.
- The opportunity to buy up to ten days of holiday each year (subject to conditions).
- A healthcare package that allows you to claim back healthcare costs.
- Life assurance of up to eight times your salary.
- The opportunity to lease a new electric car through salary sacrifice (subject to conditions).
- Cashback and discounts from more than 3,000 retailers.
- One paid volunteering day each year.
