We have a vacancy based in our Trowbridge Office, working within the Statutory Department Administration Team. 

What you'll do

  • Audit and liaise with external contractors and managers to ensure all pressure vessels, lifting equipment, PA testing, Life Jackets and chemical tanks have a bi-annual inspection.
  • Help maintain compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Order gas monitors and issue them to users, as well as updating the database.
  • Update certificates on SharePoint.
  • Monitor databases, adding and removing equipment.
  • Arrange Lightning Protection inspections for 36 sites.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks when required.

What you'll need

  • A positive can-do attitude and the ability to engage in a professional and friendly manner with others.
  • A team player who is also able to work well on their own.
  • Great organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Scheduling experience would be great but is not essential.
  • A driving licence.
