Transformation Delivery Lead

In this role, you will design the YTL Group transformation strategy and coordinate and drive its delivery across the organisation.

What you'll do

As a Transformation Delivery Lead, you will develop an integrated, group-wide transformation strategy and ensure its effective delivery across all functional workstreams.

You will lead strategic planning and future‑state design activities for the YTL transformation and identify, manage and mitigate cross‑functional dependencies and risks.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to align priorities, maintain momentum and ensure cohesive execution of transformation initiatives.

What you'll need

• Proven experience in strategy development and multi‑workstream coordination.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Solid understanding of change delivery methodologies and frameworks.
