As part of our Group Transformation Team, you'll help deliver Empower, our programme focused on making things simpler, providing better tools and removing barriers so our people can do their best work.

What you'll do 

Big challenges, different businesses and no one-size-fits-all answer.  That's where you come in. 

You'll: 

• lead transformation initiatives within a wider programme, from identifying opportunities through to implementation and benefits realisation
• dig into business challenges, using analysis, research and stakeholder insight to understand what really needs to change
• map current ways of working and help design, test and implement improved processes, tools and operating models
• turn complex problems into practical solutions that deliver real business value
• work across different businesses, building relationships and bringing people together to make change happen
• lead workshops and discussions that challenge thinking, generate ideas and build engagement
• coordinate input from analysts, SMEs and functional teams across the business
• apply change management principles to successfully embed new processes, tools and ways of working
• manage priorities, milestones, risks and dependencies to keep transformation moving
• track benefits and measure the impact of the changes you deliver
• be a visible ambassador for Empower and transformation across YTL UK.

What you'll need 

Curious by nature, comfortable with change and never afraid to ask, “Could we do this better?” 

You'll have: 

• experience in transformation, business improvement, project delivery or operational change
• a strong track record of analysing business challenges and turning them into practical solutions
• knowledge of process improvement, organisational change or operating model design
• experience delivering transformation, change or continuous improvement initiatives
• strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• the confidence to facilitate workshops, challenge thinking and bring people with you
• excellent communication, planning and problem-solving skills
• the ability to work across multiple priorities and thrive in an environment where things move quickly
• a curious, collaborative and solutions-focused mindset, with the resilience to navigate ambiguity and change.
