Working closely with key stakeholders, you'll translate complex workforce data into clear, actionable insights that support both organisational performance and a more sustainable experience of work for employees.

What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain workforce analytics to support organisation design and transformation activity.

  • Support strategic and operational workforce planning aligned to business priorities.
  • Identify workforce risks, gaps and trends, including skills, capacity, critical roles and sustainability.
  • Provide analytical support to operating model changes, ensuring assumptions are clear and evidence is robust.
  • Track workforce impacts and deliverables from OD activity.
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity and consistency of workforce data; maintain documentation of assumptions, methodologies and models.
  • Produce clear, accessible insight for senior and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience in workforce analytics, HR analytics, workforce planning or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical capability, including workforce modelling.
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights that inform decisions.

  • Confident communicator able to engage non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with HR systems and analytics tools (desirable); professional qualification/study in analytics, HR or related discipline (desirable).

Why this role matters: This role supports better, more sustainable workforce decisions. By providing transparent insight on capacity, skills and risks, the Workforce Analyst helps leaders design organisations that work in practice.
