We are looking for an administrator to join our friendly cash office team in Nailsea who carry out a range of tasks in a fast-paced environment working closely with our Business Support and Finance teams. 

What you'll do

The cash office team balance high volume processing with attention to detail and you will be responsible for a variety of interesting tasks including: 

  • managing cash transactions
  • reconciling accounts
  • maintaining accurate customer bank details
  • processing cheques 
  • identifying missing or misallocated payments
  • organising and distributing post 
  • problem solving and simplifying processes.

You will receive a warm welcome from the team and be supported throughout your training. We will invest in your development through regular 121's, coaching and skill building. You will be joining part of a large organisation which will present you with lots of career opportunities. 

Our full-time Cash Office Administrator role is normally 37 hours a week Monday to Friday.
