Our laboratory at Saltford carries out analysis on samples from around the region, utilising world-class technologies and equipment to analyse water and environmental samples.

We have a vacancy for a confident and flexible individual to join us as a Courier.

The role is key in providing an internal courier service that is both robust and reliable, providing the whole company with the confidence to utilise the system to maximise communications.

The hours for the role will be 12pm to 8pm, Monday to Thursday and 6:30am to 1:30pm on Friday. 

What you'll do

• Meet tight deadlines at multiple locations across the region.
• Ensure all satellite sites across the region are fully stocked.
• Effective liaison within teams, taking samples to ensure sample delivery times are achieved.
• Collect water supply and waste samples from specific points within the region.
• Deliver supplies and post to Water Quality Inspectors and Environmental Monitoring Technicians.
• Transport internal mail to offices and depots.

• A positive and flexible approach to supporting team colleagues.
• Computer literacy that includes experience using Word and Excel.
• Confident using mobile device applications.
• A full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
• The ability to prioritise your workload.
