Customer Support Assistant

What you'll do

You will be working within a team which puts customers first and aims to promote a positive customer experience at each opportunity.

Your role will involve:

• providing a recovery service for customers that are dissatisfied with their recent experience with us
• providing a triage service for customer enquiries to ensure that their journey with us is on the correct path from the start
• working with other departments and external parties to get the job done
• assisting customers with operational enquiries over live chat and social media.

You will be working on a shift and standby rota (between 7.30am and 8pm, Monday to Friday), while also being ‘on-call' roughly once per month.

What you'll need

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who can organise, problem solve, use initiative, multitask and work under pressure with good attention to detail.

• strong written and verbal communication skills
• a desire to continuously improve
• a flexible and positive approach while being comfortable changing priorities
• good IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
