Are you experienced in fleet support and ready to take your skills to the next level? Do you thrive in a busy environment where no two days are the same? If so, we've got the perfect opportunity for you!
We're looking for a Fleet Controller to join our busy team. You'll play a key role in keeping our fleet running smoothly by completing daily tasks, including handling everything from maintenance to breakdowns.
What you'll do
As a Fleet Controller, you'll be at the heart of our fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are safe, roadworthy and ready to go. You'll work closely with internal teams, suppliers and drivers to manage all aspects of fleet support using our Tranman system.
Your day-to-day will include:
- reactive and scheduled maintenance to minimise downtime
- managing breakdowns, defects and manufacturer recalls
- handling VOR (vehicles off road) cases with urgency and care
- processing fuel card requests and ensuring accurate records
- liaising with garages, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- keeping the Tranman system up to date with all fleet activity.
What you'll need
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team. You will have excellent organisational and time management skills as well as being a confident communicator, both verbally and in writing.
Ideally, you'll be:
- experienced in fleet support, ideally in a busy, multi-vehicle environment
- a great communicator who can build relationships and resolve issues quickly
- organised and detail-focused, with strong time management skills
- comfortable using fleet management systems (Tranman experience is a plus)
- proactive, with a hands-on approach and a drive to get things done.
What you'll receive
- A combined pension contribution of up to 20%.
- Career progression and professional development opportunities.
- 25 days' holiday rising to 28 with length of service.
- The opportunity to sell up to five days of holiday every year.
- The opportunity to buy up to ten days of holiday each year (subject to conditions).
- A healthcare package that allows you to claim back healthcare costs.
- Life assurance of up to eight times your salary.
- The opportunity to lease a new electric car through salary sacrifice (subject to conditions).
- Cashback and discounts from more than 3,000 retailers.
- One paid volunteering day each year.
- Enhanced family leave and pay arrangements.
- Access to an interactive health and wellbeing platform.
- Support from trained mental health first aiders.
- A £1,000 referral fee if you recommend someone who is successfully recruited by us.
