Do you have an interest in or knowledge of the water industry? Are you looking for a role where you can utilise your effective administration skills to ensure projects are delivered on time? If so, we have the perfect opportunity to join our team as a Project Coordinator!
What you'll do
You'll be working as an integral member of the Quality Improvement team within YTL Construction, where you will play a key role in continual improvement. In this role, you will be required to assist various YTL Infrastructure Managers under the supervision of the Quality Manager.
You will:
- provide project management coordination of various managers working on projects
- work with stakeholders on resolving actions within appropriate timescales
- maintain accurate meeting minutes and up-to-date documentation/databases
- ensure communications are managed across multiple areas
- provide general business administration
- provide contractor portal management
- proactively maintain up-to-date electronic files, spreadsheets and reports
- provide management of the team's SharePoint site
- be proficient in using Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and SharePoint.
What you'll need
This job will involve liaison with most parts of YTL Infrastructure and meetings either online, at a base location, (Bath) or at our sites across South Gloucestershire, Somerset, Wiltshire or Dorset.
We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, is focused, proactive, and has an eye for detail. You'll need to be able to adopt a methodical approach and prioritise your workload to ensure that you deliver an excellent service to all stakeholders.
You'll demonstrate a ‘can do' attitude showing confidence and self-motivation, while also having good working knowledge of Microsoft Office with the ability to communicate at all levels.
The nature of the role will also require a licensed driver with access to a vehicle.
