Are you an enthusiastic team player with excellent attention to detail? 

As a member of the Quality Management team (QMT), part of our wider Compliance team, this role strives to deliver operational efficiency across the business. You'll contribute to a variety of improvement and change initiatives, helping to streamline processes and enhance overall performance.

A key part of this role involves overseeing the maintenance, monitoring, auditing and improvement of the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 integrated management system. 

What you'll do

  • Aid communication of updates to the business through alerts and updates, using various software systems and databases.
  • Support the QMT through any identified improvements to the system, which can include participating in internal and external audits.
  • Assist the team with improvement initiatives and communications.
  • Work with other departments across the business to ensure quality is incorporated within their systems, including the Health and Safety team (ISO 45001) and Environmental team (ISO 14001).
  • Undertake internal process audits and improvement reviews and monitor corrective actions.
  • Assist the Quality team in the development of the quality management system to meet the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
  • Communicate with process owners and teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date and effective document management for the Quality Management System.
  • Facilitate the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
  • Contribute to new initiatives and projects, ensuring the requirements of the standards are met.
  • Integrate new systems and teams into WWSL Management Systems, ensuring they are up to ISO standards.

What you'll need

  • Good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint systems.
  • Excellent administration and task coordination skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under own guidance and initiative.
  • Energy and enthusiasm to drive continuous improvement.
  • Good understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
