This is a 12 month fixed term contract on a part time rota Monday to Friday.

What you'll do

We're looking for a self-motivated person to provide cover predominately on our front desk, incorporating front desk and switch board duties to portray and communicate the strong professional image of Wessex Water to internal and external customers.

You will ensure visitors to the Operations Centre are greeted in a professional manner and telephone callers are handled quickly and efficiently with industry leading customer care.

Additionally, you will administer the visitors and employee car parks, together with other administration duties. You will provide support to the office manager and departmental staff across all the directorates at the Operations Centre and across or region.

The ideal candidate will:

• have good administration and communication skills and excellent customer care skills to deliver a high-quality service in a professional manner
• need to work well in a team and alone, while also being flexible and possessing the ability to multi-task and act on your own initiative.
