We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruiter to join our People team at YTL UK, providing an in-house recruitment service to our construction company, YTL Construction UK.

What you'll do
As a Recruiter within our organisation, you will play a vital part in ensuring our ‘direct' recruitment channels are maximised, our employer brand stands out from the crowd, our recruitment and selection processes are fit for purpose, and we continue to attract the most talented people for our business.
You will lead on all recruitment activity, including advising on talent attraction strategies, advertising vacancies, carrying out search activity and building strong relationships with your hiring managers to help them recruit the best possible people for their team.
Reporting to the Resourcing Manager, you will also manage the relationships with job boards and take responsibility for all other recruitment activity, such as open days and careers fairs.
This role will provide you with an opportunity to get creative, push boundaries and have a real impact on the future of our recruitment and selection strategy.
The People team is based out of Claverton Down (Bath), but travel to Filton (Bristol) will be required on a regular basis, with ad-hoc travel to various sites across the South West of England.
What you'll need
You will have experience in full life cycle recruitment, either in-house or with an agency, and ideally have experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably within engineering or construction.
In addition, you will have worked in an environment where you have recruited across multiple skill sets.
A strong knowledge of the South West of England and an awareness of how the construction industry is growing would be an advantage.
Your current experience and behaviours will also include:
- up-to-date knowledge of attraction channels, including a range of job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter
- working closely with and interacting with hiring managers
- the ability to source passive candidates
- preparing for and attending careers fairs
- driving forward efficiencies and improvements within the recruitment process
- supporting and working on additional projects, linked to recruitment
- having the passion and energy to make an impact
- working in collaboration with the wider recruitment team
- being self-sufficient and proactive.
A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle are essential for this role.
