Do you like working outdoors? Are you looking for a role that offers development opportunities? If so, our Engineering & Construction department are looking for a new team member, to join their Rehab Waste Team based in the North/West part of the Wessex Water region.

What you'll do

As a Sewer Asset Surveying Operative, you will be responsible for individual site activities whilst carrying out duties as instructed by the team leader following safe systems of work, ensuring the delivery of CCTV sewer surveys and providing feedback to all clients.

You will work closely with the Sewer Asset Surveying Supervisor, Technician and Task Controllers you will ensure work is undertaken, that targets are met, and work is carried out whilst ensuring activities follow all health and safety policy, procedures and best practices are adhered to and the health safety and welfare of all colleagues, the public and yourself is maintained at all times.

What you'll need

No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided.

It would however be beneficial if you have any of the following certificates confined space entry, manual handling, and new roads and streetworks chapter 8 signing and guarding (unit 2) as well as experience in the use of radio tracing and CAT & Genny equipment.
