Turnbull Infrastructure & Utilities Ltd are a fast-growing business offering lifecycle construction and operations to the utilities sector. We are part of the YTL Group and have projects spread across the UK. To support the positive growth of the business, we are looking for someone with extensive social media and marketing experience ideally within the utilities sector.

The role will include creating an annual marketing plan to promote our services, whilst developing and launching corresponding social media strategies. Working closely with our senior leadership team, you will play a vital role in communicating key messages, brand visibility and growth, whilst expanding our social media presence.

In this role you will be required to liaise and spend time with the teams across our projects to gain an understanding of the business and to highlight the fantastic work #TeamTurnbull complete day to day. You will create engaging content for our social media platforms and manage, where appropriate, customer enquiries received via these platforms. You will support the business with attracting new clients via planning, delivering and optimising client focussed marketing campaigns.

What you'll do

• Develop and take ownership of social media initiatives to support the marketing plan
• Manage all marketing and social media correspondence
• Create engaging content for our social media platforms
• Understand and conduct research around our target audience
• Research and report on tools which could be utilised to further grow the business
• Enhance Turnbull's brand to reach a larger capacity of potential customers and clients
• Work closely with the senior leadership team to gain buy in with marketing and social media strategies
• Provide support with the organisation and coordination of
• Internal company communication management & External brand communications
• Supporting with the creation of new content/media internally and with external suppliers.
• Coordination with digital team to monitor and maintain website

What you'll need

• Educated in the social media and/or marketing field
• Experience of working in social media and marketing
• Excellent attention to detail
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to write accurate, concise, sharp content for a variety of audiences whilst adhering to brand guidelines
• Able to interpret and report on analytics whilst providing innovative solutions to increase engagement levels
• Building relationships confidently with senior teams and external stakeholders, maintaining a high level of professionalism
• Able to meet deadlines, work under pressure and create content accurately and timely
• Able to demonstrate a high level of competence in MS Offices
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstratable photography/graphic and content creation experience up to intermediate level.
• As the role will require regular travel, a valid driving licence and access to car will be essential
