We have an exciting opportunity to work within the central stores logistics team. You'll be responsible for general office admin duties & supporting the stock controller, managing the inventore system.

What you'll do

  • Processing of internal orders using our logistics inventore system.
  • Maintain the product catalogue- Descriptions, prices & data sheets.
  • Provide technical and product information support to our customers.
  • Assist in regular stock takes.
  • Dealing with customer and supplier queries.
  • General office duties.
  • Assist with weekly reporting.

What you'll need

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills. Working consistently and accurately to tight time scales.
  • Have good communication and technical understanding with key suppliers and internal customers.
  • Water utility experience preferred but not essential.
  • Experience using Microsoft packages, Excel, Word etc.
  • Driving Licence.
  • Can do attitude, flexible and work well within a small team.
