Do you have experience in technical administration? Are you an active listener with proven people skills? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you.
What you'll do
We are looking for a motivated, meticulous, diligent and organised person to join the project team as a Technical Administrator, assisting the team with all administrative activities associated with the implementation of our competence management system.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- accurate minute-taking and distribution
- scheduling training for staff at all levels, eg, apprentices to managers
- updating and managing associated processes and procedures
- maintaining accurate data within our learning management system
- feeding into the learning management system improvement agenda
- liaison with employees and/or managers
- providing monthly reports and updates
- training gap analysis, reporting and data management
- technical and process knowledge course delivery
- reviewing documents, including procedures and manuals
- training resource requirement monitoring
- being the point of contact for employees, managers and training administrators
- providing project team and managers with support, advice and guidance
- providing progress reports to managers
- supporting compliance with ISO 9001 certification and GDPR, adhering to the WWSL policies and procedures.
What you'll need
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a flexible approach and a willingness to take on new challenges.
To be successful, you will have excellent administration skills and be a confident communicator across all levels.
In addition, we are looking for:
- attention to detail and accuracy
- a methodological, logical approach to problem-solving and task completion
- an aptitude and desire to learn new knowledge, skills and techniques quickly
- a willingness and ability to travel to various offices/sites (remote)
- strong reasoning and interpersonal skills
- good time management skills
- a high level of English and grammatical accuracy
- computer literacy, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- the ability to work within a routine schedule and manage the demands of additional deadlines
- the ability to inspire a positive attitude
- patience to deal with various situations
- a passion to learn new things.
A full driving licence is required, as is access to your own vehicle.
