Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator? Do you enjoy working as part of a friendly and energised team?
This role is based in Yeovil and is for 24 hours per week (times and days to suit you).
What you'll do
You will find that every day brings something different in this role, and the variety of work you'll get involved with will certainly keep you busy.
A typical day will involve organising and scheduling training sessions, maintaining accurate training records using our learning management system, and liaising with trainers, employees, and external providers to coordinate training logistics. In addition, you will prepare training materials, equipment, and plan to ensure resources are available. Monitor attendance and feedback to improve training programmes and assist in the development of new training initiatives.
What you'll need
We're looking for someone who can add value to our training team in addition to completing your routine duties. This will include spotting opportunities for improvements, efficiencies, and simplifications.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone with experience working on Microsoft Office, and it would be great if you've used a learning management system previously.
Experience of working in a training team would be an advantage, but what we're really looking for is someone who is highly organised, loves administration, and enjoys working as part of a highly engaged and proactive team.
