Flexible Working
We support flexible working wherever possible. From hybrid working to job sharing, we support flexible working wherever possible.
Certain roles may offer more flexibility than others, so please don’t hesitate to discuss this during the recruitment process.
Annual Leave
You will start with 25 days' holiday, and this will increase by an extra day in years three, four and five (up to 28 days). You will then receive an extra day every five years after this to celebrate your service anniversaries.
Not to mention, you can buy up to 10 additional days' leave and sell up to five days each year, which gives you extra flexibility.
Enhanced Family Leave
We offer a range of enhanced leave and pay arrangements to support you and your new addition.
As well as maternity and adoption leave of up to 18 weeks at full pay, we also offer:
- two weeks of paternity leave at full pay
- paid leave for fertility treatment
- up to 12 weeks of paid neo-natal leave.

You decide your pension contributions, and we will contribute up to 12%.
Our pension scheme operates on a salary sacrifice basis, giving you a tax-efficient way to save for your retirement.

Our healthcare plan enables you and your family to claim back the cost of day-to-day medical treatments.
This includes £60 worth of dental treatments, £150 worth of physiotherapy, £75 worth of private GP appointments, and much more.
You and your family can also take advantage of discounted private medical insurance.

Our training and development opportunities include internal and external training courses, e-learning, apprenticeships and workshops.
We can also contribute up to £380 annually to help you gain membership to a professional body.
