We run a number of internal initiatives and groups that are managed by our people, for our people.
This includes support groups for LGBTQ+ employees, working parents, and those affected by menopause, a disability, or their mental or physical health.
Through a range of memberships, we aim to ensure everyone who interacts with us is treated fairly, from applicants to experienced employees.
We are a Disability Confident Employer, have signed the Armed Forces Covenant, and support The Women's Work Lab and Autism at Work programme.
