We offer advice and technical guidance on water supply and drainage issues for new housing and commercial areas to identify capacity constraints and agree new connections, while also ensuring that any new developments do not have an adverse impact on the existing water and waste networks.

We're looking for someone who is proficient in MS Office, able to work under pressure and prioritise their workload to meet targeted levels of service and is also highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
You will be a confident communicator who is happy picking up the phone and talking to our customers, so some proven customer service experience would be an advantage.
