We are looking for a Billing Adviser to work within our friendly and supportive billing team. 

What you'll do

The role is interesting with various daily tasks to ensure accurate and timely bills are produced for our customers. You will also respond to customer queries ensuring we deliver a first-class service and look for solutions to make it even better.

We will invest in your development through regular 121s, coaching and skill building. You will be joining part of a wider retail and commercial organisation which will present you with lots of career opportunities.

From interview to offer, we will keep you updated every step of the way, from day one you will receive a warm welcome to our team and join a unique and personalised onboarding programme.

Our full time roles are Monday to Friday and can be 37 or 40 hours - it's your choice.

An analytical mindset and some excel knowledge are preferable and we would love to hear from you if the role has sparked your interest.
