We're excited to welcome new Customer Service Advisers to our team!
In this role, you'll be part of our contact centre, where you'll provide outstanding customer service to help provide a positive experience to all our customers.
What you'll do
Your primary responsibility will be handling inbound calls from customers, acting as their first point of contact. Every day brings variety—you could be helping someone who's moving house, explaining a bill, checking tariffs, arranging payments, or resolving an issue. Whatever the query, you'll have the chance to make a real difference.
As this is an office-based role, you'll enjoy daily face-to-face interaction with your colleagues in an inclusive, supportive environment.
From your interview right through to your first day, we'll keep you informed every step of the way. When you join us, you'll be warmly welcomed by your new team and join our award-winning training academy. Throughout your training, you'll have dedicated support from our expert team members and experienced trainers to help you feel confident and fully prepared.
Our full-time roles are available at 37 or 40 hours per week—it's your choice. (No evenings, Sundays, or Bank Holiday working here!)
If you're looking for flexibility, we're a life-friendly employer offering options to help you balance work and life. All we ask is that you commit to full-time hours for your first six weeks to complete our customer service academy and contact centre training.
What you'll need
We're looking for someone who enjoys talking to people and can naturally build strong connections with both customers and colleagues. You'll bring confident, clear, and professional communication skills, along with a friendly approach and a positive, ‘can-do' attitude. Resilience and reliability are key, as you'll be working towards department targets. If you're ambitious, love hitting goals, and enjoy a challenge, there are plenty of opportunities to progress within our business and help our customers through a variety of channels.
What you'll receive
We offer a wealth of both financial and non-financial benefits, including:
- 25 days' holiday rising to 28 with length of service
- Up to 20% combined pension contribution
- Opportunity to buy or sell holiday
- Pay increments yearly rewarding your first 3 years of service
- Performance related bonus of up to 10%
- A healthcare package that allows you to claim back healthcare costs
- £1000 'Refer a friend/family' scheme
- Life assurance of up to four times your salary
- Sustainable benefits including electric vehicle and cycle2work schemes
- A range of family friendly policies including enhanced maternity and paternity leave
- Paid community day
- Cashback and discounts from over 3,000 retailers
- A healthcare package that allows you to claim back healthcare costs such as dental appointments, optician appointments – which you are actively encouraged to make the most of! Plus, so much more.
On top of all this you will get a Team Leader or Deputy Team Leader who cares about your progress and will ensure you are fully supported within your role.
