About the team

The Performance and Reporting team is part of our Developer Services function. The team is responsible for analysing data, building reports, and providing insight that drives business improvement.

What you'll do

You will be involved in a variety of tasks and will obtain essential skills, knowledge, and experience. Tasks include:

• completing monthly and annual reporting
• building new reports, combining data from multiple sources
• analysing customer feedback and identifying trends
• responding to ad-hoc data requests from within the wider company
• assisting in the process of setting annual customer charges.

Where you'll work

This is an office-based role at our Operations Centre in Bath, where you will be part of an energetic and busy team operating on a regular shift pattern during the working week. After an initial training period, there may be an opportunity to start a hybrid working pattern.

Apprenticeship Course Information

Duration

• Two years, plus an end-point assessment.
