Are you detail-oriented and passionate about data compliance? If so, join our team at YTL Wessex Academy as a Data Compliance Assistant.
In this role, you will provide essential data and administrative support to ensure our academy meets all compliance requirements.
You will work closely with the Academy Manager to maintain accurate records and support the smooth operation of our educational programmes.
What you'll do
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is recorded in the academy management system.
- Provide administrative support to maintain procedure guidelines in line with Ofsted, ESFA and awarding body requirements.
- Produce monthly and quarterly reports with input from managers.
- Upload learning resources and schedules to our internal e-learning portal.
- Communicate with apprentices and line managers to collect up-to-date learning outcomes.
- Liaise with line managers and Skills Coaches to chase outstanding administration.
- Schedule activities to support apprentices and Skills Coaches, including assessments, observations and meetings.
- Act as a point of contact for apprentices regarding enrolment and completion queries.
- Organise and process apprenticeship end-point assessments.
- Ensure up-to-date paperwork and achievements are recorded on electronic portals.
- Support the Academy Manager in improving processes and procedures.
What you'll need
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of SharePoint systems is advantageous.
- Familiarity with apprenticeships and data collection/reporting.
- Experience in producing documents, presentations, and data reports.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Good organisation skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- ILR knowledge is beneficial.
This role is office-based and requires collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders, including line managers, Skills Coaches and regulatory bodies.
