This permanent role is a 12-month fixed-term contract within our scheduling team based out of our Bridgwater office.

What you'll do
You will be responsible for providing scheduling for our operational teams across multiple workstreams.

Our core hour scheduling team operate between 7am and 5pm; however, we also provide out-of-hours cover and therefore overtime opportunities may be available.
What you'll need
We are looking for a team player with multitasking skills and the ability to effectively resolve issues.
We pride ourselves on our customer service, so excellent communication skills are vital, along with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
We operate within strict service level agreements, so the ability to follow procedures and attention to detail underpins everything we do.
An understanding of our operational business would be an advantage but if you have the aptitude and approach to effectively solve problems under pressure, we will ensure you have all the training you need to adapt your skills to the role.
What you'll receive
