YTL Developments is looking for a highly motivated and effective team member to support the marketing of the new homes at Brabazon: a thriving new neighbourhood for Bristol and the most exciting new neighbourhood in the South West!

Brabazon is a generational year project that will see the former Filton Airfield transformed into a thriving new neighbourhood and urban community for Bristol with over 6,500 new homes, creative workplaces and a vibrant town centre, set amongst landscaped public squares and parkland. 

Significant investment is also being made to improve infrastructure, with a new railway station, Metrobus connectivity and dedicated cycleways being delivered.

What you'll do

You will be a key member of the marketing team, with day-to-day responsibility for managing all the details that together make for a brilliant customer experience. 

Your role and responsibilities will include:

Driving continuous improvement of the in-person experience at Brabazon

  • Ensuring that all signage is clear and that customers can find Brabazon and navigate seamlessly both to the car park and on to the sales centre.
  • Working with the Sales team to refine the first impressions at the sales centre, ensuring we are appealing to all five senses from the moment they arrive.
  • Shortlisting, selecting and managing interior design partners to fit out any new show homes.
  • Managing sales events when we launch new house types, phases or offers.

Supporting the team to improve the online experience

  • Supporting the Digital Marketing Manager to improve our end-to-end digital journey by optimising our website, nurturing high-quality leads and increasing conversions.
  • Updating property and plot listings, ensuring imagery is up to date, copy is as catchy as can be, and the latest incentives and offers are clearly signposted.
  • Ensuring that the sales team have the email signatures and templates they need.
  • Supporting the team to ensure that other website copy is fully up to date and that home buyers can easily learn more about all the exciting things coming soon to Brabazon.

Managing our advertising and promotional plans

  • Reviewing our agency's proposed advertising plans to ensure that the budget is proportionate, the channels are right for every point in our marketing funnel, and we produce brilliant creative that maximises the impact of our spending.

Reviews and testimonials

  • Supporting the team in maximising the number and quality of our reviews and testimonials, be it Google Reviews, Trustpilot or as website content.
  • Working with a community development worker to identify community initiatives for use within marketing materials.
  • Overseeing the creation of new guides and flyers that may be needed to capture a target customer group.
  • Thinking creatively about other promotional opportunities.

Quality management

  • You'll be methodical and diligent in your approach, giving the team reassurance and confidence that every task will be delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard. 

Evaluation and reporting

  • Making sure we are diligently collecting and recording the right information at every step of the marketing and sales pipeline.
  • Overseeing our customer surveys alongside colleagues in our Customer Relations team.
  • Pulling data from multiple sources to understand what works and what doesn't, identifying where improvements can be made.

What you'll need

The ideal candidate will:

  • have previously worked in a hands-on delivery role in marketing, be it general or digital, either in an agency or in-house
  • be a strong team player who is diligent and methodical, taking pride in their work and using their initiative
  • prioritise and manage time effectively and be relied upon to get the job done
  • be familiar with the core marketing principles and tools, and comfortable with digital marketing
  • be familiar with Google Analytics, CRM and marketing automation systems
  • have excellent general IT skills, particularly across the Office Suite, as well as project planning tools (eg, Asana)
  • ideally be degree-qualified, and hold a professional qualification (such as a MiniMBA in Marketing, CIM Diploma, or Google Digital Garage)
  • ideally have experience in property development, construction or housebuilding.
